Residents of the Kyiv Center for Holocaust Survivors received Rosh Hashanah gifts

On the eve of the Rosh Hashanah holiday, residents of the Kyiv Center for compact home for the Jewish survivors of the Holocaust received fruits and vegetables from the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine as a gift for their festive table. They also received calendars and fresh copies of the special issue of the published by NV Shalom Ukraine magazine, dedicated to the centuries-old common history of Jews and Ukrainians, their current cooperation and joint future.

Kyiv Jewish Center for compact home for the elderly Jews was opened by the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine in 2003. The residents of the Center are fully supported by the JCU, including round-the-clock medical care, three kosher meals a day and social security.
