The Jewish Confederation of Ukraine is alarmed by another attack from the Gaza Strip on the peaceful neighborhoods of Israel. Seven Israelis have been injured today in the morning after a rocket destroyed a residential home in a small town of Mishmeret. A 50-year-old woman and a baby are among the injured.
We express our support and sympathy to the injured, and hope for their quick recovery.
We fully support the position of the Prime Minister of Israel, Benjamin Netanyahu, who has promised to respond “forcefully” to this criminal attack. We call on the world community to pay close attention to the today's tragedy.
The actions of terrorists cannot have any justification.
